Shipping & Delivery Information

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

Processing Time: 1–5 business days

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to the email address used during checkout.

Haven't received your tracking email?

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.

  • If you still haven't received it after the fifth business day, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page.

In the uncommon event that your order hasn't shipped by the 6th business day, our fulfillment team will automatically review your order. Please allow an additional up to 3 business days for your tracking information to become available.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary depending on your local carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


Tracking Information

Tracking updates are not always immediate.

It is normal for your tracking status to remain unchanged for several days due to carrier processing.

Common reasons include:

  • The carrier hasn't completed the initial package scan.

  • Tracking data is updating more slowly than usual.

  • Some shipping methods only update when the package reaches a major sorting facility.

  • Certain international carriers provide limited tracking visibility.

Even if tracking appears inactive, your shipment is still expected to arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.


Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, we recommend waiting an additional 5 business days, as many delayed shipments are delivered shortly afterward.

If your order remains undelivered after:

  • 30 business days (United States)

  • 35 business days (International)

our support team will begin a full shipment investigation with our fulfillment partner. We'll keep you updated by email, and investigations typically receive a response within 2–5 business days.


How Delivery Estimates Are Calculated

Estimated arrival dates include both:

  • Order processing time

  • Shipping transit time

Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If a product page displays an "Order Within" countdown timer, placing your order before the countdown expires qualifies it for the estimated delivery date shown. This estimated arrival date will also appear in your order confirmation.


Free Shipping

Orders with Free Shipping are dispatched using the most efficient shipping service available.

Estimated Delivery: 7–25 Business Days

If your order has not shipped immediately, there's no need to worry. Your order is still being prepared and will be shipped as quickly as possible within our standard processing timeframe.


Express Shipping

To keep our prices competitive, express shipping is only available on select orders and destinations.

When available at checkout, estimated delivery times are:
