Refund & Replacement Policy

Before Requesting a Refund

We work hard to curate products that meet our quality standards and provide detailed descriptions, images, and sizing information to help you make an informed purchase.

Because each order is processed specifically for you, all sales are considered final. We do not issue refunds for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, incorrect expectations, or ordering the wrong size.

We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing their purchase.


Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Eligible Examples

  • You ordered a handbag but received a pair of sneakers.

  • You ordered a skincare serum but received a face cream.

  • You purchased one product but received an entirely different item.

Not Eligible Examples

The following situations are not considered incorrect-item claims:

  • The product feels different than expected.

  • The color varies slightly due to screen settings or lighting.

  • The size or fit isn't what you anticipated after ordering.

  • You expected different materials, weight, or texture than described.

To help us verify your request, please provide:

  • Three clear photos of the item from different angles.

  • A photo of the shipping label or packaging (if available).

Once approved, we'll ship a replacement using the same shipping method selected for your original order.

You do not need to return the incorrect item.


Package Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of shipment (excluding orders marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier), you're eligible for a complimentary replacement.

Your replacement order will be shipped using the same delivery service as the original shipment.

If your tracking status shows Delivered, we recommend first contacting your local postal carrier, as they may be able to provide additional delivery details or assist in locating the package.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered when required under applicable consumer protection laws or in situations where a replacement cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

Whenever possible, our first solution is to provide a replacement to ensure you receive the product you ordered.
